Basically, he'll be a help if you want to trade with Cincy. Or Baltimore, I guess.

He mostly worked on contract stuff with the O's, I think. Outside of that, his big contribution was the Ramon Hernandez trade. To say that the team didn't want Ramon around any longer is probably being a bit nice to Ramon. The Freel part didn't work out so well, but Waring and Turner might prove to be worth something. Will probably knows more about Waring, he probably saw him play a few games. Turner probably ends up part of a trade elsewhere.
