same with ARMs mortgages the banks don't think that way, nobody is authorized to change terms

Look aat how some here complained they sacraiced to pay their mort but don't any breaks but family members in bad loan gets big cut inpayments
When normal econo, its better to cut nose to spite face as awarning to the rest of us
