Obviously dawson has specialist skills that are more valuable in the labour market and give him more bargaining power with employers than, say, a doorman or a trainer. But you were just talking about how the employee makes a franction of the money they earn for their employer. And I am sure dawson's employers make a lot more money off dawson than a gym makes off a trainer.
