I mean, I think there are some gay characters on soap operas now, and I have seen my share of man on man kissing as well as woman on woman on prime time tv.

I think awards shows are a bit different, in that most are super conservative by nature.

I do not think we are where we need to be on our views, but we are a helluva lot further along than we were 15 years ago.
