God I hate that transition period at a new job ...

Still finding my place and my fit. Working hard and delivering what I think they want and with minimal direction. Boss just came by asked how I was doing (had been sick) and said I was better and he was like good - and then was like Oh yeah I need to talk to you later. I asked anything I need ot be concerned about and he was like no and seemed pretty happy walking away.
But after the horrible and painful leadership change at my last job and going from golden boy ot outcast I find that I just feel really freaking jumpy.
I know logically they dont pay to move you and give you a big signing bonus to change their mind about you before you even get to do anything but wow I just hate the anxiety feeling that hammers me when I am in this state
advice?

Heh, I got kicked around as a co-op, losing 2 jobs to downsizing. To this day I still have kicked puppy syndrome.

Jeez Cappie, I hadn't heard about your last job. I'm really sad for you.
