OK he came by....

You know kicked puppy syndrome just blows - I know my blood pressure went through the roof and felt ill and it was all for nothing...

Has sat down and it was about him and the ceo wanting me to start proactively reaching out to the VARs (the part of the customer chanel I am responsible for) and making my presence known and that I am here for them and their primary point of contact.

Something I have been wanting to do but being careful about stepping outside my authority too early.

#2 was sitting in on a weekly call with those same customers with a lady that works with them (again I wanted to buit didnt want her to be ass hurt)

#3 was build a metric dashboard for tracking my customer issue (something I am already building and working on)

#4 take the internal classes on how the product works (waiting for those classes to come up to take)

so a whole lot of worry for nothing - I hate the human condition sometimes
