they wanted me to come in becuase of the skills I have that they lack and coming from a much larger competitor they want me to help shape them to have support be like my old gorup. Supposedly in 6 -8 months after staff is used to me (I am sorta an island right now) they will name me VP over all customer relations (support) functions - we will see
