I'd only strongly recommend Time Out and Y Tu Tambien.

Mulholland Drive was good, but frustrating - I'm not a big Lynch fan.
i like Almodovar a lot, but Talk to Her is my least favorite.
same with Linklater - love him, but Before Sunset is pretensious and dull save for a few clever dialogues.
