Have both of the former Braves closers signed?

If not, I think the O's go for one of them. And also a starter, but probably a back of the rotation guy who can pitch a lot of innings.
There's also a chance they give Delgado or someone similar a deal.
I think that the free agent market is really bad this year (and next), so they need to make a trade to get anyone. I doubt that happens.
