Is this right? Florida says that if domestic violence occurs, an arrest has to be made.

Meaning: if the cops had good evidence that tiger's wife beat him up, they would have had to arrest her.

Also, did we know that Us Weekly gave Tiger's publicist days of notice about the affair story. Which meant he knew about the story the night the accident happened.
