the US was a fortunate own-goal from not advancing in 94;

98 was France who won the thing..

02 was South Korea who mighta been an underdog to advance....

I forget in 06 who hosted, but it wasn't a "underdog" iirc.

If you asked to trade from Group A into any other group, where would you trade to?
