Jaison now knows, and explained very eloquently to Mick, that they might not be following a mad evil genius, but in fact a mad evil quasi-smart-but-prone-to-mistakes dude. And at this point, they might (correctly) guess that they are better off without him.

If I'm the rest of Foa Foa, I do exactly this:

- pledge to listen to Russell for one more vote, hope he can get Shambo to stick with them, and eliminate Dave. if you aren't sure of Shambo, you eliminate Sham with Dave's help exactly like they got John, and then get Dave.

- you then instantly flip on Russ. if he plays the immunity idol, no fucking biggie, you have numbers plus two, get him the next time (barring his fourteenth idol find).

- at that point, it's the Foa Foa three vs no name and dumb-as-fuck chick, and *then* its game, set, match.

done, and done. and no russell anywhere in there.
