Come to Portland in July-October. We have the best Summers in the entire country.

We rarely break 90(maybe 7 or 10 times a Summer) most days upper 70s low 80s. Sunny all Summer and tons of places to hike, and visit.

Worst time to come would be January-April. Ugh, always overcast or raining.
