OK I will sheepishly admit I had never heard of Buckcherry but wow they were really good and I know I am behind the times but Crazy Bitch was an awesome song live. They were fun!
KISS - well what can I say I hadnt seen them live since 1979 and I really enjoyed the show. I forgot that well they are showmen first and musicians 2nd - tho from all the concerts I have seen I really think that Tommy Thayer (guitar) and Singer (Drums) do really have some skill and can PLAY!
I am not an expert but I know Gene can play a bass but I am guessing hes nothing special and same for Paul Stanley but the SHOW - the the show Mars. Its fun, its loud and it was very cool. Amazing how in 35 years they keep bringing new younger people to the shows and keep gaining fans.
It was worth the 135 a ticket and 20 bucks for parking. I was bummed that they didnt perform Beth but I am wondering that if they dont have Carr or Chris that maybe Singer cant sing it so they dont try? That was the only song I really missed. They played 10 thousand years instead WTF? But it rocked - 4 song encore.
Was good.
Took my Niece as her Xmas present and she was ecstatic - shes been good and no internet traffic to the bad place and shes been much more respectful and positive so that was her gift. She loves KISS like a crazy person - offshoot of her dad. So was fun.
But she had to agree with me AC/DC was a BETTER concert as far as MUSIC goes - I know Angus doesnt play super complicated stuff like some people like ot ding him but MAN THAT GUY can wail and AC/DC was just a hell of a concert more than a show
Bon Jovi is coming but I wont pay 80 bucks for nose bleeds
