o-toro tuna. And BBing, I am not a seafood person either, though I like sushi, but seafood in Japan tastes better and fresher than anything I've had

this is correct. the sushi in Japan is unlike anywhere else. It's simply on another higher plane. So are the soy lattes. -- nm
