Yeah, Australia continues to struggle with racism (especially in Perth, which tends to have more migrants from white-majority countries than the rest

of the country) There have been big improvements from where things were twenty, or even ten years ago, but I think Canada is ahead as far as embracing diversity goes.
My other gripe is that online business hasn't taken off there. I'd be grateful if there was an Australian version of amazon.com, or even of amazon.ca - but I think that there are protectionist laws around the publishing industry
