Dear XXXXXX Partners,
My name is Dave Killingsworth and I was recently hired as the XXXXXXX VAR Operations Manager. I am sending this email so to introduce myself to you and explain what my role is and how I will work with you to help facilitate and enhance your relationship with XXXXXXX.
I am happy to join XXXXXXX and would like to share a little of my background with you. I have spent the last seven years working in Health Care IT. I have worked with EMR/PM systems as both the vendor and the customer, supporting it from both sides. I have worked in some form of Customer Care IT for more than 15 years and I am excited to add my skills to the XXXXXXX team and do what I can to help enhance your relationship with XXXXXXX.
My role here at XXXXXXX is to focus on the needs and issues of our VAR and Enterprise customers. I am here to be a focal point of these needs and issues and to be able to leverage resources as necessary to help ensure that you get the help you need while also making sure that all parties are held accountable for their designated roles and responsibilities. I am here to be your focal point and single point of contact.
As we progress I want to provide my contact information so that if you have any questions, concerns or needs related to your relationship with XXXXXXX or your support needs I want you to feel free to contact me immediately.
I look forward to working with each and everyone one of you as we build a strong, powerful and successful partnership.
