My name is Dave Killingsworth and I (recently joined) as the XXXXXXX VAR Operations Manager. I am sending this email (delete so) to introduce myself (delete to you) and explain (my role) and how I will work with you to help facilitate and enhance your relationship with XXXXXXX.
I am happy to join XXXXXXX and would like to share a little of my background with you. I have spent the last seven years working in Health Care IT. I have worked with EMR/PM systems as both the vendor and the customer, supporting it from both sides. I have worked in some form of Customer Care IT for more than 15 years and I am excited to add my skills to the XXXXXXX team and do what I can to help enhance your relationship with XXXXXXX.
