I *think* not sure that JSA All Stars takes place before Blackest Night...
and yeah Blackest Night is *supposed* to put an end to that revolving door in the DCU....
so if JSA All Stars is after Blackest Night then I suspect that Damage and some others get 'saved' from what happened somehow, but if they die again they're done....
jsut my guess
