Seriously? I never realized people were so offended by flagpoles. I've always enjoyed seeing the flag flown from a flagpole rather than a bracket. -- nm

eyesore doesn't have to mean you're offended. The other things though is that some people think that flags represent a lot of meaningless deaths. -- nm
