OK well that was cool...

The boss had me call him and we talked about the email I sent. Explained my frustration that I am supposed to be helping make things evolve and he agreed with me that everyone needs to stop being so sensitive I am a support leader and part of th eteam and the staff needs to stop looking over shoulders and worring so much and accept that I am part of the team.

A call like that does seem to help easy my irritated pissed off frustration feeling :)
