Planning for next Season FFB - advice welcome....(who would you keep)

We get to keep 3 players and no more than 2 at any one position.

My QB is Manning (Peyton) going to keep him for an 8th season I think

WR well I have Randy Moss and until he retires I doubt I will find a better WR in 3rd round of a draft

that leaves RB

I kept Forte this year thinking having a real QB would free him up more but well sophomore slump...
I have Cedric Benson but hes one injury away from well being Cedric Benson and

I have Ricky Williams but he will be splitting time againt next year
Also have Jamal Charles and Jerome Harrison

My gut says Besnson is most possible upside but Forte is so young and well not sure

Who would you keep
