3-4 inches where I live. We've gotten a couple of inches the last 2 nights. That's not really high enough to plow, but some idiot decided to do it

anyway. When it's this cold, running one of our hugh plows is like running a zamboni--you get perfect, solid ice. argh
All of the ski areas are open (Brundage, Sun Valley, Dollar, Silver Mountain, Schweitzer--Crash's favorite, Bogus Basin, and Pomerelle. They're getting on average 6 inches of new powder per day.
Bennett Mountain, just out of town with the summit about 1200 feet higher than we are, has been closed to traffic since this morning. The snow up there is 3-4 feet, about a foot or so lower than the rods with the blinky tops that line the roads. I need to go up there and take some more pictures, :)
