I bought a bottle of Johnny Walker Red the other day. Smoooooth.

There was a story on NPR a few weeks back about some whisky tastings in Ireland or Scotland, talking about all the varieties and different methods of distillation and whatnot, and it planted a seed in my head.

I had a couple ounces on the rocks last night... the first straight whisky I've drank in decades. Pretty good, though.
