For instance you plant clover. You can also build beehives so when the clover grows the bees will pollinate the clover and make honey. You can also then harvest the clover and feed it to cows who will make milk and then use the milk in a cheese machine to make cheese. You can grow corn then feed it to chickens to get eggs, carrots to feed to rabbits to get angora, wheat to sheep to get wool, etc. Grow grapes to make wine, tomatoes to make ketchup, etc.
