Question, smarties. It's raining in Chicago right now, but the temp will drop to 5 degrees within 24 hours, which means ice.

The temp Thursday won't get up above 14, which means ice won't melt.

Obviously, you can salt roads. But what about runways? Will O'Hare be able to operate? How do you get ice off of a runway?
