The piping is already down and paid for, the treatment plants are already up and running. Pay for it out of the income tax if they want to. -- nm

they may be planning a major upgrade of facilities and infrastructure...although I would think they would have said this to allow for the new tax... -- nm

What about them, you need to tax 4 million people to pay heir wages? Ok if the tax comes in at one euro per year, then that's them sorted. -- nm
