Ted, Janitor, Elliot, Squeeky-voiced intern, hell all the med students except butch hottie are gone. Even Carla who was one of the weakest poitns of the show is gone...and it hurts the quality.

The Cole character is so freakin' weak. It totally feels like they're trying to recapture the buzz of Aziz Anzari's character from the previous season, and failiing miserably.
