Either Hurricane Isabel in PA (lots of flooding) or a really bad snow storm in upstate NY

between Buffalo and Rochester. The snow was falling so heavy I could not see the road and was horizontal. I spun off the road (2 360's) and ended up following an 18-wheelers tire tracks off the highway.
