The O's did fine. But Harden is nowhere near the damaged goods Prior is. 140 IP from Harden is probably just as valuable if not more than 200 IP from

Millwood. Add in that Rangers save money and from what I'm reading it's a one-year deal, this is great for the Rangers.
The O's did fine. They have a lot of young pitchers and Millwood probably fits their needs better.
