because I didn't expect to have to wear it for long. Now it looks like a lifetime proposition so I'd like to upgrade. I believe 10k gold would be longer wearing than 14k? 10k gold filled is much cheaper, but would the gold wear off over time? - I wear this 24/7 so it takes some abuse.

Suggestions?......Opinions?......
