I'm really surprised that Hillary actually seems to be interested in the Secretary of State position. Thought she'd want to stay in the Senate. -- nm

there are several positives in it for her - for example, a mid-east peace treaty is one thing that eluded Bill. Both he and Dubya started too late.

I remember during the primary hearing/reading reportage that said she felt stymied in the Senate and felt she could get more done in a branch
