there are several positives in it for her - for example, a mid-east peace treaty is one thing that eluded Bill. Both he and Dubya started too late.

What I've heard is that Obama will start early on the process, so should she be the point and successful, a Nobel Prize would be a fitting legacy for a career in public service
also, she could highlight the rights of women in the international arena in a way no one else has before
etc, etc, - there are opportunities for her if she takes the job
