STIS: What are the chances that my friend is not pregnant?

she sent me a message this afternoon:

Baby thing is still unknown, peed on another stick Sat. still preggo. Matt did one too, he's not so I guess they really work. But since I've been having horrible cramping in my stomach, Matt thinks it might be an ovarian cyst, which could also show up as a positive on the stick.

What are the chances it's an ovarian cyst...? To be realistic, her fiance has proven to be an idiot time and time again.
