ML, Hernandez probably has a shot at being 5th starter.

Millwood will be #1, Guthrie #2. Then it will be Matusz, Bergesen and Tillman, probably in that order. Then they have Hernandez, Patton, Arrieta, and maybe a free agent signing (they want to add another starter). I don't have issues with Hernandez moving to the pen. There was talk last year that his future was probably long relief. He was way too prone to HRs last year, and also gave up too many walks.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him traded. The same goes for Guthrie, but that would probably happen at the deadline, if everyone is healthy, to make room for Arrieta.

I could also see Matusz or Tillman starting the year in the minors for some weird super-2 type thing, but I don't expect that to be the case.
