It's a collector's edition Wizard of Oz PEZ dispenser set. The Toto (he's in the basket) and All Knowing Wizard ones are the best.

P.S. - As profitable as keeping them "mint in the box" might eventually be, the kids will have way more fun eating all the different flavors on Christmas. Plus, they're yummy.
