I don't like the get a number, get-in-line, seating system at all.

I also find their flights to, not unsurprisingly, have more loud children, but that's not SW's fault.
IME, there crews, agents, etc, have always been good. I take no issue with them. I just don't prefer SW's system, so I generally go eslewhere.
This is all other things (i.e. price) being equal of course. If SW is $100 less, then I fly them. But as the #1 carrier out of AUS, they never are that cheap. Often, then are $10 or $20 more than the competition.
