Pretty much. The only thing that might save them is Chapter 11 reorg. They need to get out from under the unions and associated legacy costs.

Honda and Toyota make quality autos *in the US* with workforces that routinely vote down union representation.

And I hate this open ballot union organizing initiative. An open ballot is an open invitation to arm twisting by union activists.
