No...that speaks to specialization. Michael Jordan, best ever at his game couldn't perform as well as a modest Double-A baseball player.

which itself is pretty impressive, but does that mean baseball is more sporty then basketball? no.
Lance Armstrong would be challenged to do any other sport due to size... but he's unquestioned a great athlete.
