My initial reaction is to tell the uncle to go fuck himself...but at the same time, is it worth starting a family rift (and you know it will)...so I'd get with my brothers and sisters and see what they want to do and do a majority rules kinda thing.

Or...I'd be a smartass and tell him that Grandma told me before she died that she wanted me to have everything, but just didn't get to change her will...so would he and the other 5 be willing to waive their share?
