it's a little complicated, in that it took them a few weeks when Jacen first started to get the withdrawals set up...

and we offered to pay them a bunch of times, and they said, no no, we'll invoice you later once its all set, don't worry about it right now. and so we figured it was fine for the week, and then they pushed a new charge through every single day this week to catch it up, without so much as a "hey, head's up, we're doing this". sucks, but.. .whatever.
