Ok so its quite possible I busted a blood vessel in my eye

So my mom tells me that my eyes are red specifically the right eye. So I look and yeh both eyes are red and the right eye is more red. Im looking at it now and it seems around the edge of my right eye its getting redder. And it does hurt a bit but im thinking sinuses or allergies or just something irritating my eyes. My vision is fine.
