In response to "What is a super easy appetizer that I could make for work's potluck Thanksgiving lunch " by kelly

I get small packs of smoked salmon, only 3 for a 1/4lb, some shmear, fresh dill (free for me) and some capers on bagel 'chips'

I chop the salmon into 1/2 inch squarish things just big enough to recognize but small enough to mix well, bit of dill which grows like a weed in my garden, and you can either toast some diagonal cut bagette or buy some pita chips, bagel chips, capers complete it with some contrasting flavor sorta like pickles, oh yeah, some finely chopped onion or shallots or green onions.

It is apparently a hit as I get requests for it
