spread tortilla thinly with cc, sprinkle on some diced jalapenos, roll up, and slice up. put a toothpick in either.
ham rolls (ham, cream cheese) are also yummy and easy.
also, pack of cocktail weinies, bbq sauce, and a crok pot.
