Holmgren, who took the Packers to two Super Bowls and led Seattle to an NFC title in 2005, is the Browns' new head of football operations. The 61-year-old is expected bring in a new head coach, most likely from his own coaching tree, to replace Eric Mangini. Holmgren was mostly unsuccessful when given GM duties toward the end of his tenure with Green Bay and at the start of his time in Seattle, so it's fair to question the move. But perhaps Holmgren will be able to make it work without coaching responsibilities on top of managing personnel.
