I've never been able to do this. I take far too long to fall asleep for this to ever be doable for me.

Even if I had the time, where do I find the conditions in the middle of the day where I can get to sleep?
It's hard enough in the evening, even around midnight, where I live. Maybe I'm too impressionable...
