my biggest issue with them is their stupid tier-pricing and its lack of options.

as in I pay a stupid amount vs. what I watch; but dropping down even just one level takes away *so* much for not that much less cost. it's kind of all or nothing with them, and apparently it's gotten even worse recently.
for the most part, their service has been fine for me over many years now.
