But when you're talking about something as serious as medical malpractice that is, for example, condoned by the hospital itself, or when you're talking about a corporation that poisoned thousands of people (Erin Brokovich, hello), litigation is not an evil. It is a tool of the people, used to put corporations in their place when they've begun to abuse their size and become bullies.
