Of course I have, but 99% of the people who serve alcohol in Ontario are not government workers.

They are bartenders, vendors, wait staff, proprietors serving in restuarants, bars, lounges and Beer Stores.
You're telling me the 1% is the thin line between life and death in onTario?
And you certainly wouldn't stop from regulating and inspecting premises to ensure proper service.
