My lunch ...

2 slices of smoked ham. (I made ham last night)
2 bowls of steamed rice with sesame sauce (from a sushi place near work)
1 pepsi max 591mL
2 girl guide cookies (mint)
1 chocolate wafer cookie
Possibly a few Dad's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies
some Ariba tortilla nacho chips

I think I figured out why I gained a few pounds.
